All services are performed on a best-effort basis and are subject to factors outside our control, including courts and third parties.

5. Process Serving Limitations

While Ecotrend LLC makes diligent efforts to complete service of process:

Successful service is not guaranteed
Service may be impacted by location, availability, or evasive individuals
Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Proof of service will be provided when service is successfully completed in accordance with applicable rules.

6. Filing and Deadline Disclaimer

Clients are solely responsible for:

Meeting all court deadlines
Confirming filing requirements with the appropriate court

Ecotrend LLC is not liable for missed deadlines, rejected filings, or procedural errors resulting from:

Court processing delays
Incorrect or unclear client instructions
External system failures

7. Fees and Payment Policy

All fees must be paid as agreed prior to or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated in writing.

All payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except at the sole discretion of Ecotrend LLC.
