At Ecotrend LLC, we provide non-attorney, legal support services including process serving, court filing, document preparation, and business administrative support. All services are strictly clerical or administrative—Ecotrend LLC does not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy and legal content of all documents.
How Pricing Works
- Flat rates for standard services
- Flexible pricing for complex or custom requests
- All pricing confirmed before work begins
- Final pricing may vary based on document
- length, complexity, travel distance, and urgency.
Process Serving
- Standard Service (3–5 Days) – $79
- Up to 3 service attempts at one address
- If an address cannot be confirmed, a skip trace may be recommended
- Rush Service (24–48 Hours) – $125
- Up to 3 service attempts
- Same-Day Service – $175
- Up to 3 service attempts
Additional Services / Fees
Additional Attempts: $25 each
- Mileage / Travel: $0.70 per mile (outside local area)
- After-Hours / Weekend Service: $50–$100
- Stakeout / Wait Time: $40–$75 per hour (1-hour minimum)
- Difficult / Evasive Service: $50–$150
- Skip Trace / Address Research: $25–$75
- Proof of Service
- Preparation: Included with all completed service of process
- Filing (Optional): $35–$65
**A properly completed affidavit (Proof of Service) is provided after successful delivery of documents, confirming when, where, and how service was completed. Filing with the court is optional and must be authorized by the client.**

- Letter & Correspondence Drafting (Client-Directed): $50–$120
- Business Document Filing: $75–$150
- Compliance & Annual Report Filing: $85–$160
- Printing & Document Handling
- Printing: 1–50 pages $0.15/page, 50+ pages $0.20–$0.25/page
- Document Scanning / Handling: $10–$25
Other Fees
- Minimum Service Fee: $75 – Covers administrative and travel costs for any service.
- Cancellation Fee: $25–$75 – Applies if a confirmed service is canceled after preparation has begun.
- Court Appearance: $75–$150 – Covers administrative filing or document delivery at the courthouse. Ecotrend LLC does not provide legal advice or represent clients in court.
